Customers and dispute resolution
We offer the platform only to businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. We conclude no contracts on the use of the platform with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. Details are set out in § 1 of the terms.

The contact point can be reached in German and English.
We accept notices of unlawful content at info@zentrana.de from any person and any body, even without a contract with us. This applies to content on the platform as well as to posts on this website and to pages we link to. So that we can review a notice, it should explain why the content is unlawful, state exactly where it can be found, for example with the URL, give your name and your email address, and declare that you consider the details correct and complete in good faith. For notices about sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children, depictions of it or the grooming for such acts, name and email address are not required. We confirm receipt, a person reviews the notice, and we tell you the decision and the legal remedies against it.
Posts, templates and calculators
Posts under News, in the Knowledge Base and in the Glossary as well as templates and calculators on this website provide general information. They reflect the status given with them, otherwise the status at the time of publication. They do not replace legal or tax advice in an individual case. Opening or using them creates no information or advisory contract with us. For customers, § 3 of the terms also applies.
