Every single area has a program of its own, and nobody sees the whole thing.
Each single program knows only its own slice. So someone keeps lists on the side to make the slices line up. A simple question then costs half an hour, and whatever is still open often surfaces only months further down the line.
That is why we build one piece of software for every area. Everything sits in one place, and every change is traceable.
Permissions, audit trail, deadlines, people
Who may see and change what is defined once and applies across every module. Management sets it up itself, with a preview from the employee view.
Handovers, corrections and approvals sit in the log with a person and a time. Whatever the auditor wants is there.
Inspections, briefings, licence checks, expiring qualifications. You set the lead time of the notice per deadline.
Keys, devices, hours and vehicles are all linked to the person. A departure shows at once what is still open, and blocks the closing until everything is back.

When someone leaves the company, a list appears with everything they still hold. It cannot be ticked off while anything is missing. Who returned what and when is in the log.

Up and running in four steps
You set up the access yourself and choose the modules that fit your daily work. The contract begins once you confirm your email address.
You import people and key lists from your existing spreadsheet yourself. The preview shows beforehand which rows will not import cleanly.
Employees log in through the browser and clock in. No training is required.
No call centre. You reach the people who built the software.

The servers are in a data centre in Germany. German law applies, and the data processing agreement is part of every customer contract.
