Views
Seven ways of viewing the same cards
Table, Kanban, calendar, Gantt, chart, form and document. A view applies to everyone on the board or only to you.
Columns
More than thirty column types
Besides status, people and date there are also period, dependency, formula, rating, vote, progress and the link to other boards.
Rights
Roles per board, locks per column
Members view and comment, and edit only their own cards or everything. Columns and views can be locked for roles as well.
Assigned to me
All of your own cards at a glance
Across all boards you see what is assigned to you and what of it is due today.
Dashboard
Tiles across several boards
A dashboard summarises figures from several boards, such as running and overdue cards.
Form
Creating cards through a form
A form creates new cards on the board, for everyone allowed to create there.
Filing
Workspaces, folders and favourites
Boards sit in workspaces and folders. You mark frequently used boards as favourites, and a view can be exported as a CSV file.
Kanban
Categories from the status column
The columns of the Kanban view come from the values of the status column. For a category you set that cards in it count as done.
Calendar
Rescheduling by dragging
The calendar shows every card on its date. You drag a card to another day, and cards without a date wait beside it.
Gantt
Bars and milestones
A column of the period type becomes a bar, a date becomes a milestone. That shows which steps overlap and what comes up next on the schedule.
Document
A shared text on the board
In the document the team records what does not fit on a card, such as agreements or instructions. Whoever may only read cannot change it.
Posts
Questions on the card
On every card you write posts and replies, pin important posts at the top and react with an emoji instead of sending a separate message.
Sub-cards
Splitting large tasks
A card can be split into sub-cards. Every sub-card stays in the group of its card, and the status of the whole stays in one place.
Chart
Evaluating the cards
The chart summarises the cards by one column and, on request, splits them by a second, such as open cards per person and status.
Groups
Cards split in sections
Within a board you arrange cards in groups, such as by month or by area. Groups can be moved, and cards move between them simply by dragging and dropping.
Column rights
Who may see and change what
For every column you set who may see it and who may change it. Everyone always sees the name column, so nobody faces a card without a title.
Table
Sorting, hiding, changing several
In the table you sort by any column, hide columns and change several selected cards at once in one step, for example status or assignee.
Together
Changes without reloading
When several people work on the same board, their changes appear for the others after a few seconds, without anyone reloading the page.
